Do you offer delivery services?
We offer convenient pickup from our Needville, Texas location. If you require delivery, an additional fee of $75 will apply, plus an extra $5 per mile if your location is outside the Sugar Land area.
Do you offer vegan cake options?
Yes, we proudly offer delicious vegan cake options! Please mention your request when placing your order so we can discuss the wonderful possibilities.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance, especially for custom designs. This ensures ample time for proper design planning and to source any unique ingredients or art needed.
What are your payment terms?
For orders $100 and under, full payment is due at the time of booking. For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two days before pickup or delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle payments and all major credit cards. Please note, we do not accept cash payments at this time.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure all details are confirmed before making a payment.
Can I change my custom design after booking?
Once confirmed, all custom designs are final to ensure timely preparation and sourcing of materials for your unique creation.
What should I do if I have allergies?
Please inform us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We want to avoid any accidents and ensure your treats are safe for everyone to enjoy.

How should I store my cakes and treats?
To maintain freshness and design integrity, please keep cakes and treats level in a clean, cool place, ideally a refrigerator. Temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit can cause designs to melt.
What if my cake melts or is damaged during transport?
Cake Dr. Of Houston is not responsible for melted treats or cakes, nor for any damage incurred once the cake or treats have been delivered or picked up and are in transit. Please transport your delicious creations carefully!
